Jointer offered on ebay. Seller included the following:
This jointer is a part of history. It's circa 1955 Shopmaster 6" Jointer. This machine had some use prior to me inheriting it. It's in pretty good condition, though. The body of the jointer is painted metallic green. The cutterhead guard is painted red but I seem to have misplaced it. But I'll continue to look. The infeed and outfeed tables are cast iron, each measuring 16" in length, with a total working table length of 34 inches. There are adjusting "knobs" that provide from 0 - 1/2 inch cutting depth. According to Shopmaster, the recommend cutterhead speed should be approx. 4,235 RPM. This jointer has 3 Wisconsin Knife Works knives, which are original and measure 6" x 11/16" (approx) x 1/8". Knife adjustment is accomplished via adjusting screws.
