This weekend while driving through a light industrial park near my home I spotted what looked to be the top of a band saw wheel cover in a fenced in area of one of the units. At first glance I thought it might be a Yates, Moak or early Oliver saw. Looking through the fence showed it to be a rather unusual left handed saw and none of the above. I couldn't get a good view of the far side so went back the next day with the digital camera to document this somewhat rare saw for the OWWM site. Zooming in on the high-res pictures shows it to be a Jones-Superior model 52. The frame is definitely a left hand casting and not a converted right hand saw. The cast frame motor is a Continental brand. No table, trunnions or lower guard were in sight.
