This was the jointer we had in the cabinet shop I started working for when I was 19 years old. It was such a beast! Unfortunately, I'm not sure what has happened to it. The shop closed last year and the owners have been fighting over everything like a couple going through a nasty divorce. My one boss, who I get along great with, asked me to try and sell some of the machines. This was one of them. But before I knew what happened, his partner (the boss no one liked) relocated all the remaining machines and it's anyones guess what he has done with them (including the good boss.) I just hope that he hasn't taken it to the scrap yard like he did with a few of the other older machines. It would be a real shame if that was the case. This jointer worked great and had no problems with it. I would have liked to have it for myself, but I have no room for it at home, or anyway of moving it either. I'm not sure how much it weighed, but it was quite substantial!
