As can be seen from the pictures this is a basket case, basically a parts machine. Since there are currently no other examples I thought I would post what's left of this one. This drill has a 1/2" straight shank chuck and does not have the Safety Chuck or Ball Thrust Bearing. Quill travel should be 2 3/4" but I measured 4". There were 32 turns of the top feed wheel. That wheel has 62, 48, and 33 teeth. It weighs 85 1/2 lbs. as pictured (complete should be 130 lbs.). The board appears to be original and the color shown is probably not original. The right side casting reads "CANEDY OTTO MFG CO CHICAGO HEIGHTS ILL". Both the 'Arm Stop' and 'Table Rest' have repairs done to them.
