picked this up from the son of a gentleman tinkerer who cobbled together many interesting tools, other entries submitted. The model number, as seen on the photo of the tag would id this as an Emerson Electric Corp. builder, but further looking in the picture archives here leads me to believe that this is a King Seeley 103.0407. I will detail this more on the .org shop discussion site. The motor on this unit is unique also, see below.
