- In 1955-56 Hitchcock's Wood-Workers' Digest Directory. The "Linderman wood fabricator" takes dimensional lumber, straightens it, and then edges, dovetails, glues and assembles it to make wider lumber or panels.
- "Muskegon" is a Michigan name. A series of patents were issued to Albert and Bert Linderman, of Whitehall, MI, and Muskegon, MI, respectively. The patents we have found are dated 1888—1913, which is compatible with the Lindermans founding a business in Newburgh, NY, in 1925. Given the tentative connection with the Lindermans, there may also be a connection to Linderman Machine Co."
