Warren Tool & Forge Co. manufactured the Quikwerk lines of blacksmiths' vises, as well as hand tools for railroad track work and construction. Warren made 10 sizes of the vise in 1920, from 30 to 200 pounds.

Warren was founded in 1911 by George F. Konold. It was renamed Warren Tool Corp. before 1958, when it bought Iron City Tool Works. Warren bought Columbian Vise & Manufacturing Co. in 1965 or 1966. Around 1970, Warren Tool Corp. established The Warren Group as a marketing division for all manufacturing operations. In 1994, Warren Tool Corp. was sold to Wilton Corp., and operated as Warren Tool Group until Walter Meier Holding Company AG bought Wilton in 2002.
