Delta Unisaw, Platinum Edition — made in the USA, 230 V single phase, magnetic switch. This is the classic Unisaw that set the standard for American cabinet saws, set up as the centerpiece of a working shop and kept in good to excellent condition.
The saw comes with everything that was built around it:
Torsion table, 5 ft × 6.5 ft × 4 in thick, laminate top with 3/4-inch holes across the top and through the edges for clamps and hold-downs. It serves as the outfeed table, side extension, and assembly bench in one. Delta Unifence on a 52-inch Delta rail, the European-style fence that slides fore and aft and flips between tall and low positions. It is fitted with a Peachtree Uni-T-Fence fence bar: T-slots for jigs and featherboards, with a UHMW face for smooth feeding. Spare Unifence parts: a second (older) Unifence saw guide plus 43-inch and 12-inch Delta fence bars. The 12-inch bar is the short cut-off fence for crosscutting without trapping the work. Unifence parts are hard to find now. Wixey WR700 digital fence readout Large crosscut sled with a clear blade guard Two box-joint jigs, 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch 10-inch rip blade and 10-inch crosscut blade Dust collection duct — a galvanized connector at the base of the cabinet, ready to hook up to a dust collector From a woodworking shop closure.
Price: $1,250 for everything, or $1,000 for the saw without the torsion table. Pickup in Van Buren, about an hour from Fayetteville. Bring a trailer or truck and at least two helpers: the saw is several hundred pounds, and the torsion table travels separately. Saw needs a 230 V outlet. Cash on pickup. I'm happy to show it running. |
