Foley-Belsaw Model 1055 Sharp-All Saw & Tool Grinder on the correct Foley-Belsaw Model 210 stand.
Machine has been tested and is running well. Motor starts promptly, runs smoothly without abnormal noise or vibration, and coasts down smoothly. Work light is operational.
Motor is 115V, single phase, 1/2 HP, 3580 RPM, so it can be run from a normal 120V shop circuit.

This is an older working machine in good, used condition. I cleaned off the accumulated shop dust but have not repainted or restored it. There are normal scratches, paint wear and some surface oxidation consistent with age; please see photos.
The 1055 was Foley-Belsaw’s general-purpose saw and tool grinding platform and was offered with numerous optional fixtures and attachments. Sale includes the machine and equipment specifically pictured/described above; additional specialty attachments are not included.
The original manual includes Foley-Belsaw’s instructions for starting a successful sharpening business, including advertising in the Yellow Pages and charging $1 to sharpen a knife. I make no guarantees regarding the continued effectiveness of that particular business model :-)
