For sale is a nicely refinished Porter Cable / Syracuse Type S-1 Oscillating Spindle Sander. A special feature of this machine is that by simply shifting a lever it can be changed from Oscillating to Non-Oscillating. The table may be tilted by a hand screw to 45 degrees down or 15 degrees up. Included are three different size spindles (4”, 2”, 3/8” diameter). There are built in casters below the duck foot for ease of moving around the shop.

Motor is 1/2HP, Single phase 110/220 volt (currently wired for 110 volt).

This is a great machine for a fabrication shop, woodworking shop, or anyone looking for a solid vintage piece of American iron.

Machine runs and operates as it should.
