Make an offer I can help disassemble and load Can come with International U-9 Gas Power Unit
I have for sale a LARGE bandsaw originally manufactured by the F.H. Clement co in Rochester NY. According to a former owner of this machine, it was assembled by the Gurian Guitar co. in Swanzey NH, used to saw out small guitar parts from short stock. It was eventually sold to Putney Baskets AKA Basketville and then to my father. I had it listed as a RESAW, but a previous owner suggested that it is set up as a BOLTER saw, to saw small logs. It has not been run in many years, but has been under cover. Could come with an international U-9 gas power unit, pictured.
As far as I can tell, the saw itself may have been manufactured as early as 1902. Later it was modernized with hydraulic blade guide, fence, and carriage feed.
Aside from anyone seriously interested in purchasing this cool old machine, if anyone recognizes it or has any useful information please share.
Taking offers. Obviously this will be a project to move, but I am willing to help for the right price and buyer.
