I am selling my (I believe) to be #4 Stark Clockmakers lathe. It is a project I am just not getting to and it needs a good home that will set it up. Comes with items in the picture, Set of 3 Step pulleys, work steady, one chuck pictured, full set of collets and collet draw bar, spanner wrench and tool posts. Mounted on a wood board with an electric motor V-belt drive shown. I have not ran the electric motor. All aspects are free to move and the cross feed and compound feed screws are tight along with the ways being tight as well. There is pictured pitting on the bed ways that does not hamper use. Spindle bearings are in good shape. I have not run the lathe but see no aspects of it that would be a problem. No CBW. The Collet carrier appears to be missing a collet in the picture, it is not, there is one in the draw bar to make a clever handle for the collet set. Questions and more pictures are available. |
