Rare Oliver 166-S ser# 55337 was sold to Boeing aircraft during WWII according to Eagle Machinery. This special metal cutting band saw has a Reeves reduction driven by a General Electric 5hp 3 phase 220/440 volt motor. The saw functions as it should through the variable speed range. For reference Vintage machine in the listings of 1942 116D manual shows a drawn picture of this 116-S model.
