Replacement spiral cutterhead for Delta DJ-20 8" Jointer. This includes new bearings, cutterhead installed into the rear bearing block with pulley and key installed.
I had purchased a few Delta DJ-20 jointers to rebuild for an Amish friend of mine. Included were a couple spare cutterhead assemblies which I used to install spiral heads. I do also have old straight knife DJ-20 cutterheads and a couple of spare new guard assemblies as well, please inquire.
Pictured is the cutterhead completely assembled and ready to "slide in" to your machine, using the original front bearing block. (I have pictured in one of the photos the front block, which is not included. These were identical blocks for both the Invicta and later import made machines.
Asking $495, including shipping of the head to you with insurance, plus the return of your old rear bearing block, key and pulley. I can also accept your old head assembly and return with a new head for the same price. (Additional for shipping the old head back to you).
Each head includes a wrench and spare screws. Additional carbide inserts available.
