Delta 6” short bed jointer. This is a recently completed full restoration of this machine on a cast iron base. Includes a specifically designed roll-around for the case base. Blasted and painted by a professional shop in PPG light gray gloss catalyzed urethane product. All new components were used where possible, bearings, pulleys, v-belt, 2024 3/4HP TEFC motor. Top surfaces of both infeed and out feed castings and the fence were glass bead blasted before polishing with 120 grit sanding discs, decals and badges are all new as are the shafts, cranks, and fence adjustment components. Includes a ceramic plated cutter head guard and a very rare rear cutter head guard. A Shelix carbide insert cutter head in stalled. Small components were zinc or black oxide plated. Knurled nuts on the base are nickel plated. Stainless fasteners were used throughout |
