When I got these, they were still in their original boxes (the boxes had deteriorated so I threw them away)
These hard-to-find extensions appear to have never been used since they still had paint on their top surfaces, and both had the original unused hardware with instructions still in their unopened bags (I opened one bag and now I can’t find the one I had not opened, probably put in a safe place but forgot where…. senility stinks)
The extensions had some surface rust so I removed it then painted them with self-etching primer
