Very unusual, possibly unique, 20" jointer. Now resides in West Virginia.
Fay & Egan decal, but M. B. Tidey cast brass badge. There is a lever which spreads apart the infeed and outfeed tables without changing the depth-of-cut setting (see pictures). AFAIK, this feature wasn't picked up by F&E so it may have been a patent submission build. But Marcus had many creative ideas. An interesting fellow.

Complete and intact. Parked running, includes motor. Part of my 35-year collection that I love but will probably never get around to restoring and using. |
