Rockwell Delta Horizontal Milling Machine. This is a heavy-duty yet compact horizontal mill that has the original overarm and arbor. Uses a NMTB 30 taper and can be used with long arbors or stub arbors; 30 taper arbors are readily available in all types and sizes at a reasonable price.
This is a three-phase machine with drum switch. However, as it is belt driven, it can be easily converted to single phase or fitted with a VFD.
The machine is all original with no broken parts or excessive wear. This originally came from a school with low use. It is, however, in need of a paint job and cleaning.
These machines were originally sold as horizontal only or as a combination mill with vertical head (as seen in the pictures). It is also possible to fit a smaller Bridgeport head to the mill using the overarm.
This does not have the power feed accessory, and does not have a vise. I am glad to help the buyer locate a good vise or additional tooling or cutters as needed.
Asking $2,295. This would include fastening securely to a pallet and wrapping for shipment. I would also be willing to deduct a small amount if the buyer did not want the three-phase motor or switch (which would save a little on shipping). I can make shipping arrangements for the buyer at discount.
