Wood lathe made by Pratt & Whitney in the 1890's. Includes one original leather belt and v-belt for motor drive, modified to be run by 120 volt ac motor which is included. Used originally in Pattern Shop in Elgin National Watch Company, Elgin, Illinois, before modification by current owner's grandfather (who was a Pattern Maker).
In good running condition for turning wood, plastic, and soft metal. |
