As seen Left to Right in the first photo, 1947 Delta Triple Duty Grinder, s/n 57-6536, 1943 s/n 24-9046, and 1942 s/n 16-2936, all with new bearings and a cleaned/adjusted centrifugal switch; all external bare steel/aluminum/brass restored to a nice luster. They don't make 'em like they used to. In "better than new" condition as a safer 110V three prong electrical plug, grounded to the Grinder base, has been added, and all rough casting edges have been filed/sanded. Twin Lites have been sanded to 600 grit luster, no painting. Each unit has their finer points, it's a tossup which unit is better - it's always nice to have choices. The '47 is listed at $995 (bench grinder only, see other costs below) due to the superior tool rest condition, the other two are $895 for the bench grinder. The '43 unit has superior lineage due to a very rare oilboard/cardboard serial number tag, the Navy Contract Tag, solid brass Inventory Tag, and retail "Reynolds" sales tag, but one issue on one of the twin lites and a faceplate in less than perfect condition. The '42 unit, the oldest, is the most original and has original paint on the bench grinder (pedestal was recently painted), gorgeous faceplate, original twin lite armored cable, and uses 3/4" wide wheels. A nice early '42 unit, in good enough condition to warrant not painting, and it was a joy to restore as everything went together perfectly.

Serious inquiries only. Quality never goes out of style. Extras would include a period correct Delta pedestal ($700), a nice aftermarket pedestal switchplate/switch ($50), and a Delta original quench pot ($100, or $125, or $150 - they are of differing quality levels). I can mix or match pedestals and electrical switch configurations. See the unrestored 1956 115V grinder - make me an offer but call it $275); I also have a 440V Delta Triple Duty three phase grinder (with new bearings) at $175, or a different unrestored three phase unit.
