Moak Shaper: 1" Spindle, 5" spindle length (4"ish cutter height capacity) 220V, 3PH, 5HP, 3450 RPM motor Table Dimensions: 42"x 30"
Machine appears to be in good working order. The standard OWWM story here, I purchased at auction for my old shop, ended up moving to a smaller space and replaced it with a smaller machine before I ever set it up. One inconsistency that needs to be checked is the bottom bearing on the spindle housing. When I bought it I was told that the original oil bath bearing on the bottom of the spindle had been replaced with a sealed bearing and that is why the oil cup was removed. The top bearing remains an oil bath bearing. I was planning to open it up to verify before running the machine, but never got to it.
Delta 34-995 3-roller powerfeeder 3PH, 230V,
Appears to be in good working order. One wheel has a scallop where it looks like it was swung into a cutter head while turned off. The other two wheels look new and clean. It is easy to disassemble for transport.
As seen in the pictures the machine is currently palletized and ready for pickup at ground level. I have a pallet jack but you will need to get it onto a trailer or truck. |
