NOT 3D printed ! ! ! Clausing 8530 and 8535 digital read out. This is a bolt on system that is made in USA with the exception of electronics. Some slight modification may be needed depending on condition of your machine. You must have 3/8-16 tapped holes for -x- and -y- axis. I designed and built two of these one has been functioning well for 6 months on my Clausing 8535. The positional tolerance of the scales is .001" when I compare my dial to the readouts I haven't seen a variation of more than .00075" on my machine. The mounting brackets are steel construction the guards are aluminum and the display case is 3D printed. All parts except display are machined from solid stock with some TIG welded parts as well.
