Up for sale is a fantastic Atlas / Clausing 10100 Mk 2 lathe.
This lathe has been well-cared for and just received an elaborate cleaning/service/painting/testing/etc. Every adjustment is rust/corrosion free and lubricated. The casting is perfectly intact with no damage to the rails/ways/etc. The head and tailstock are well-aligned. This is a 'turn-key' setup ready for you to start working with no surprises.

The one broken piece is the feed dial for the cross-feed sled. This is notorious for breaking and near-impossible to find a replacement for. We've fabricated a 3d printed version as we're nearly complete with a brass-cast reproduction. (not shown in photos)
This item was donated to the West Seattle Tool Library (non-profit). The equipment exceeds our shop our shop space, warranting the refurbishment/sale. Sale proceeds go towards supporting our organizations goal of supplying and educating tool use in our community. The item is currently off-site in a nearby garage ready for your inspection/testing.
