Good condition Oliver 399. Serial #83564 (March 1954). This was a school machine, which hasn't been used in approximately 20 years. I have powered it up briefly, but never put into service. 3HP/3PH direct drive 3 knife cutter head. Can power up to demonstrate, but will keep my plug. Comes with what I believe is the complete knife grinding attachment.
