Oliver 24" planer for sale. Out of service 2012. Restored to full operation in 2000 including new belts, pulleys, cutterhead ball bearings replaced. Planer is configured for belt drive on main cutterhead with 7.5hp 3phase motor. Drive works motor has reeves infinitely adjustable pulley on 3hp 3ph motor also belt driven. The planer can be operated on single phase power by changing the motors. I mounted the motors to a wooden skid and secured with bolts to the floor. This is a solid planer with another 100 years of service ahead of her!

Replaced with Oliver 299. The machine has some surface rust and has been in storage for 6 years. Motor starters for cutterhead and drive works not included. You can purchase a NEMA size 0 or 1 motor starter on ebay for $150 each + minor cost of thermal overloads.
