This is a Post War Wood Shaper manufactured by KING SEELEY and sold by Sears under the CRAFTSMAN label. Nice fence and spindle raising mechanism, but the spindle size limited it's use to small projects. That's actually an ATLAS table saw stand it is mounted on. It's powered by a 1/2HP motor
