(Admin added date based on s/n.) I have a set of pics of the machine as found, during my restoration and the finished project. All parts were there; the machine had 'good bones', but was in serious need of TLC. Since my shop space is limited, I made a roll-around cart for it and raised the frame up off the deck 3/4" since the table adjustments could be knuckle-busters. I've been able to find a user's manual of a similar model and have used that as a reference; a copy of the original would be nice. I'd like to find a source for some new knives, although I've honed the ones on it and they seem to do a nice enough job. It's up and running smoothly and was well worth the effort of restoration. |
