Hi Guys,
This is a machine owned by another individual. I am thinking of purchasing machine but
first want to confirm the date of mfr. if possible.
The current owner has told me all the info he finds tells him this machine was made in the 1970's
and I think it was made in the 1980's based on only (1) letter in the serial followed by (5) digits.
If it was indeed mfr in the '70's, wouldn't it have a (2) letter serial followed by (3 or 4) digits?
Also I am cautious about "Later R.I. went on a cost savings spree and many machines suffered".
Can somebody please enlighten me??
