Notes:	Source=Owner's submission. Owner's notes: Purchased on Craigslist from a gentleman who bought it at an estate sale. Unfortunately, some of the lower worm gear teeth have been partially stripped, probably because someone unfamiliar with its operation, did not loosen the rear trunnion clamp. Will take to machine shop to see if they can do some welding to build the teeth back up. Otherwise, seems to be in good working order. Will post photos as soon as I get a camera.
