The machine is a Leland and Faulconer universal trimmer. It has a brass tag on the top edge of the machine with "No. 5" on it. The serial number, 23, is where it is on the other machines registered, on the center back of the table.
I have just started cleaning the machine and will only clean it and de-rust the table and other flat surfaces. The paint is original and in good condition and will be saved as best I can. The base is rusted but I'll shall see what we can do.
This machine is HEAVY!
It came from a very old house here in town and seems to have had very little use. The angle graduations are still visible on the table. All parts seem to be intact other than knicks on the blades.
