Notes:	Source=Owner's submission (admin added date based on s/n). Owner's notes: There is a tag on my lathe that states US Goverment property, National Bureau of Standards. I got it from a NIST / NOAH laboratory in Boulder CO. I was told that it was a tool room lathe from the machine shop that serviced the equipment that compressed Hydrogen for the nuclear weapons program at the Rocky Flats Nuclear facility in Boulder CO. It had an incomplete taper attachment with it, double tumbler quick change gear box, and a manual collet closer, not the lever type.
