Source=Owner's submission. Owner's notes: I purchased this Rockwell Longbed jointer in an online auction in Nov 2023, from Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control plant, in Grand Prairie,Texas. As you can see on the badge photo there is an inventory plate from LTV. In 1992 LTV spun off their Missles and Fire Control division to Lockheed and Martin Marietta Corps, who eventually merged together. I really wanted this Jointer and bid up on it to $ 900, having to forego a really complete Unisaw that my bid competitor wanted more than he wanted "my" jointer. It has been in storage indoors for a long time. I will update as i get into it. |
