Notes:	Source=owner’s submission (admin added date based on s/n). Owner’s notes: Just got it, havent dug too deep yet into its history. It has the Taper-Adapter, and part of the Milling-Adapter. Machine is in really good condition, tight, quiet, and smooth-operating. Someone converted it to 220-1phase,1.5hp,with No Reverse, I switched it back to 220v,3-phase,2hp.Fully reversible, on a Rotary Converter at 100% power.
