Date of manufacture on the cutter head of 3-22-[19]22. This machine was purchased via eBay in June of 2020, there it was listed as a six-inch jointer, and the serial number as previously listed (from another eBay auction in 2018 in which no bids were received with a $199.99 starting price) on this website indicated it was an eight-inch jointer, I can say with certainty that this machine is a four-inch jointer. It was set up for direct motor drive of the cutter head (no belts). It is missing, at the time of its purchase from eBay, a motor, knives, and the cutter head guard. The "rabbiting arm" is damaged, but otherwise the machine seems to be intact and in good, all be it dirty, condition. It is the new owners intent to refurbish and rebuild this small bench-top machine to safe operating condition. |
