Built 9 garages and started 6 homes (sub-floor and stick walls) updated 2 bathrooms in my current home. This old TOOL is like a TIMEX. It just keeps on tickin. !!! I have not (knock on wood) had ANY problems with my $5 investment. AMAZING. !!! Would be very interested to know the actual manufacture date of this saw, if you can help. Thank You, Steve.
