Notes:	Source=Owner's submission (admin added date based on S/N). This lathe new in New Zealand to the Government Workshops of the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation supporting the New Zealand Electricity Department's Geothermal Power Station at Wairakei. (The power station, still operating now in February 2019) was commissioned in 1953). I've owned the lathe since the DSIR Workshops were moved and combined with the Ministry of Works. I've just taken it out of storage to re-commission it for myself. Pics when its up and running.)
