Notes:	Source=Owner's submission. Owner's notes: I purchased the saw in Pittsboro, North Carolina July 2018. The previous owner purchased it 2008 in Iowa. Saw has all original equipment except switch or switch plate. The switch plate assembly does not appear to be original The saw does not have the 4 holes drillled in the cabinet for the motor cover or goose egg. There are (4) through drilled and countersunk in the left extension table. The data plate on the motor appears to be missing.O6CTG2
