The Jig Saw was originally purchased by Frank E. Jones Machinery Corp. of Los Angeles CA. for the Clark County School District in Las Vegas Nevada. After it was retired, a private party purchased the machine to use in a sign business. Unfortunately a death in the Family prevented the plan for this machine to come to be, and the machine was sold to Erdman Door & Specialty of Paso Robles CA. for $350.00.
Erdman Door & Specialty has re-furbished the machine and it is now being used in their shop.
The machine capacity is 10" to 18" blades, 36 1/2" from the blade to the column. It can cut up to 9" stock. It is powered by a 1 horse 3 phase direct drive motor. |
