Source=Owner's submission. I had heart surgery last May and shortly after I purchased the old Logan 210 in very rough shape needing cleaning, painting and many parts. While convalescing I completely tore the lathe down (my wife thought I was nuts) and striped all the metal and repainted it. I found some of the parts that were broken on Ebay and did repairs on those I couldn't find. A number of the castings were broken and it looked as though some one in the past may have turned it over on its back. It may have been sitting outside for a while as the motor was just about full of Oklahoma red dirt. after disassembly of the motor and cleaning it runs good. This lathe is a Logan 210 bench model but has the legs like a model 200. |
