Notes:	Source=Owner's submission. Purchased in a garage sale. Took it home, cleaned it up and it still works great. It appears that someone may have "customized" it a bit. The chuck key lock doesn't work, and the buttons or indicator lamp covers (not sure what they are) are missing from the front.
