Two bucks at a garage sale, owner referred to it as "that thing", obviously had no clue what it was. This looks a whole lot like the Georgia Art trimmer here http://www.owwm.com/photoindex/detail.aspx?id=6306 Don't know the relationship between HC Marsh and Georgia Art companies.
