I bought this in western VA, it was in great shape but no extensions, base, fence... Never molested 3hp. It's not especially old but I am really happy with the way I dialed it in: I fitted: Powermatic router table 'left' extension, 2 older Craftsman cast iron 'skeleton' extensions, HTC base (cut and rewelded)and a newer Unifence- I had all these from an old Craftsman 113 that served me well for 20 yrs. I had lots of hours in drilling, grinding, tapping and shimming to get all the iron to line up. I like to work out in the driveway and this is one stable but mobile machine- probably close to 700 lbs. Super smooth and a real joy to use.
