My father gave me this saw about twenty years ago I used it quite a bit through the years, one year ago he went into a home and he gave me all his wood working tools It was a pleasure to get these tool now and not later because I can call and hear the stories on how he aquired them and things he's done with them. when Dad gave me his most recent table saw I was going to put the old craftmaster out at the road, one day I stumbled across a web site on google that took me to owwm,I was looking for a date of an antique lathe and seen the joy use people had for old machines on this site and was very impressed and realized what I had even though the manufacturing of the saw was very rough (casting) I decided to clean it up the best I could for now It is now in my little shop not outside anymore and will be used again pleased to say.
