I picked this unit up from a guy on C-List- for 40 bucks- The jointer was missing the guard and the Fence- About 2 weeks later I found someone locally that had the entire jointer- So I Bought it and put together a complete machine- This is a wonderful machine - the fence on the saw cuts perfectly striaght when tightend down- i do need some new jointer blades, but I don't have a wrench that will fit into the cutterhead- May have to grind one down-All in all- She's wondefull to use and I would never trade it out- Since I only build bass guitars - the size isn't too much of an issue-
