I got this saw from a military salvage yard in 2001. I worked on the restoration over a nine year period and finally just finished it in December 2009. The restoration included stripping the paint and spraying with black and gray Hammerite. Motor bearings and carriage bearings were replaced and all the metal parts cleaned and polished. Had to get a few new pieces from Wolfe Machinery. Ways are in very good shape.
