Comments:
I bought this from a machinist who found it in a scrap pile and refurbished it and then put it in storage. It had only made a few test cuts. I am sorry about his color choices but in all other respects I thank him. New pillow block bearings (replaced babbit), 3hp 1ph motor, wooden guards, mobile base, extension table were all included. All it needs is tires and a fresh 20' band. "Frank H. Clement Co. Rochester NY" is cast on the front of the upper arm and a thin brass tag (not pictured) naming some Chicago vendor who I assume originally sold it is tacked on the convex portion of the casting.
