Purchased this saw at the ArnFest07 auction. Previously owned by Jamie Norwood.
Central Specialty built 8" tilt table saw with the stamped steel extension wings and extended fence bars.
This particular model included the side extensions and was badged Dunlap.
Ball bearings with ½" arbor. Arbor pulley is 2".
(The design is basically the original heavy duty Craftsman tilt table saw.)
The fence on this model is designed to clamp from front to back and lift off anywhere along the rails.
The fence knob is a machined steel replacement.
This saw does not appear in the Sears tool catalogs.
It can be found in the 1941/42 full catalog.
It may have also been sold in the stores.
>>UPDATE-OCT 2013<<
I no longer own this saw. I sold it to a fellow OWWMer.
