I bought this table saw at a garage sale from the original owner; it seems to be in great shape and is all original. It works fantastic, for such a small saw it weights a lot. My two son in laws are healthy boys and they grunted picking it up to load into my truck. There is not a model number that I can find. It looks similar to some of the Delta junior unisaw's I've seen in the machinery list so that is what I'm calling it. The blade guard is missing or he never had one. He didn't have a dado table insert or manual. I found a manual for a model 34-260 in this site it looks like this machine.
I intend to build a collector for shavings so I can hook up dust collector. Also I have an improved set up to replace the orginal casters that you see under each leg.
