This Delta 14" Band Saw came from the original (retired) owner of a small custom cabinet shop in Southington Connecticut.
The saw was in decent working shape but required me to obtain from other multiple sources including OWWM members the following; electrical cord, new v-belt, bearings, tires, blade, rip fence, delta paddle casters and of course the retirement light. I have also replaced the original plastic cover knobs with turned/knurled steel knobs, mounted the motor upon rubber vibration cushions and replaced almost every screw and bolt with upgraded stainless steel versions. It operates with almost zero vibration, but I think I will tweak the steel wheels next. Finally disassembly sometime in the future, powder blast and then factory fresh paint and this outstanding machine will be good for another 55 years of shop service.

Still looking for a push/pull electrical switch rod.
