This is another machine from the Milwaukee Electric Railway Cold Spring Shops. We have restored this with a homemade countershaft/belt arrangement very close to what was original for an electric motor drive. There is a 5 HP motor driving the system. Ours has one molding head above the table and feedstock, but an optional second head below the table could have been ordered. The heavy structural base and safety cage were added by our volunteers.
